Another gorgeous sunny one we are having again,  could get used to this!!

Today I have a card which I have made for several challenges.

The image I have used is called Fairies on Tiptoe from Lili Of The Valley.
I have coloured her using my Prisma coloured pencils and added glitter to her wings.
The white flowers have been stamped and heat embossed with stamping up white embossing powder as has the Happy Birthday sentiment. I have used a stamping up edge die and cross stitch embossing folder. The fancy circle die, flower and leaves are a Marianne creatable die which was purchased at my local craft store. I have finished it off with tiny butterflies and a pretty pearl.

Coffee Break

Good afternoon. I hope you are all having a lovely weekend.
I have had lots of time to craft this weekend and I am posting the card I have made for the Fussy and Fancy "Shabby Chic" Challenge.

I have used Lili of the Valleys Coffee Break stamp, one of my favourites.
I have coloured the image using my Prisma coloured pencils and distressed the edges of the image using stamping up Sahara sand stamp pad.
The tag and mat are cut with a creatables die. The tea for two stamp is from stamping up.
The papers are Maja design and the mat has been painted using the new chalk paints from Cosmic shimmer.

I hope those of you who went to the show at the NEC had a lovely time and bought lots of lovely goodies.

I wanted to share a card with you today that I have made for the Ribbon Girl March Colour Challenge. The theme is Green.

The present stack is made from a Tim Holtz die and the labels are cut using a magnolia die which has been stamped using stamping up En Francaise stamp. The little flower in the corner is one of the new Sue Wilson dies which are produced by creative expressions. The papers are, as always, Maja design.

A Girl Can Never Have Too Many Handbags !!

Good Morning,

It's another beautiful sunny morning here in the South West. Today I want to share a card I made for a friends birthday.

It's quite a simple design of a handbag made using a Go Kreate die for the flap of the bag. The handle was attached using pearl brads and a button added for the fastener. The butterflies are a Memory Box die and the little ones are from a punch.  The happy birthday sentiment is a Simon says stamp die and stamp set.

I hope you all enjoy your weekend.

I have used  a memory box butterfly die for the centre of the card and added beautiful wings embosslits dies. The stamps are from stamping up and have been stamped using soft sky. The honeycomb die in the centre is from paper trey ink. I have cut the word Mum from a crafters companion Die'sire die.

Vintage Birthday card

It's been so long since I last posted any of my cards. A lot has happened since I've been away but the real reason for not posting is that I lost my beautiful golden retriever in November and it's taking me a long time to come to terms with it. She was my constant shadow and companion and I miss her so, so much each and every day.

I am posting a couple of cards today, the first one is a mans card. I find making cards for men quite difficult but I am quite pleased with this one.

I hope you like it.

Hugs
